Figuring

Since
floor graphics will tend to be a small quantity of images
this kind of a low volume print is precisely that a wide format
inkjet printer does best. After you have filled up the wall
space you still have all that nice open space of the floor.
To do floor graphics requires special laminate to minimize
slipping and sliding.

you use an electrostatic printer then 3M inks on 3M 8660 FloorMinders
media with a 3M 8940 overlaminate. This combination comes
with a six month warranty for the floor.
You
can also get films for floor graphics from USI. They offer
Floor Guard, a scuff and skid resistant laminating film specifically
for floor graphics. Floor Grip bonds the graphic to the floor
yet can be removed when necessary.
